We purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy April 19th 2016 with a v year warranty. We have had issues all forth with the ice maker, and finally had them repair it and December 2020. Ice was not working but it was a domino consequence of defects and flaws that are well-known with Samsung refrigerators. We've had multiple appointments made to set the issues of temperature control, and fan noises that are so loud like a jet plane landing in your kitchen, yet they cannot gear up them. We had multiple technician scheduled who canceled at the last minute afterwards we had taken fourth dimension off of piece of work.
Yesterday they now sent a visitor that I had requested not to be scheduled, R&R Appliance Repair. This issue is ongoing and has had multiple people come up merely not repair the problem. The temperatures fluctuate between 28 and 48 when set at 36 or 37 on the refrigerator. There are fan noises that get off every couple hours that are so loud. This technician that came yesterday could not effigy out where the problem was oh, then he reported to Geek Squad that there was aught wrong. When contacting Geek Squad about the multiple repairs that have not been stock-still, they say at that place's aught they can do. At some point they accept to be able to supercede the refrigerator, specially when they cannot set up the problems with their third party technicians who are clueless.
Within four years of owning the fridge, in that location was never an issue with temperature fluctuation, until they alter the motherboard to put the fridge into a longer defrost cycle. The longer defrost keeps the ice maker from freezing up, as information technology is a known defect and there are many service bulletins out about the issues that I am having. The longer defrost means your refrigerator warms upwardly past safe levels. In one case the defrost is over the temperature goes very low to freezing almost everything in the dorsum role of the fridge.
I would never recommend purchasing a Samsung refrigerator nor purchasing annihilation from Best Buy considering they practice not stand behind what they sell. Somebody needs to hold BestBuy accountable, is they are selling junk refrigerators and when you pay for an extended warranty they don't ready the problems. I wanted either a replacement refrigerator that will hold my food safely that is not Samsung, or I wanted them to reimburse me so that I tin can purchase another refrigerator. I don't feel the food in my fridge is being safely held at temperatures that the USDA would approve.

Purchased Whirlpool Top Mountain Fridge. 1) fridge delivered but squad could not opposite doors; 2) scheduled some other team for door reversal & doors damaged in process; 3) scheduled delivery of new replacement fridge; 4) ice maker didn't work-scheduled another repair; v) again scheduled another ice maker repair for water leak-freezer bottom covered in water ice; 6) day afterward repair called again because last repair now causes freezer fan to rub/rattle. No resolution because 15 days out & Best just covers first 14 days. If it had been done right the first or 2d time we wouldn't be in this predicament. Disappointed in product & service.

You can take 24 months pay off with no interest for your purchase which we did. Only they transport you a monthly payment amount & even though you pay above and beyond that amount if your payment does not post within a sure pay period they tack that monthly on to your balance. I was paying $100.00 the 1st of every month. Their monthly billed amount was $29.00. So come the first of the calendar month I paid the odd amount of $101.65 bringing my balance to $ane,500. I thought, "Cool. 100 bucks a month. I will take this paid before the 24 months" when they will, and past the way charge you interest dorsum at the starting date of your buy for the unabridged 24 months if you don't pay off your balance.
I went to pay my 1st of the month payment and dang, they showed a rest of $1.529.00....I thought, "Whoa! Not correct." I called and the rep tries to explain my payments weren't falling inline with their billing and posting dates. I said, "You gotta be kidding me." Plus I got lucky and was able to talk with someone which is usually hard to do. "I pay triple the amount and I am not credited but you all are tacking on that 29 bucks. (And they called it a late fee.)" So I asked for a in one case courtesy adjustment. So she removed the 29 bucks. I asked now with you on the phone, "Can I pay on my bill." She replies "Certainly. How much do you want to pay?" I was pissed and said "All of it!" I paid the unabridged $1,500 off which injure us for the month because nosotros are on a fixed income.
Think many times when purchasing online and you don't have concrete admission to their shop. In early February 2021, I put downwardly most $5000 for the purchase of a Segway X260 from Best Buy Online. This included taxation and free shipping. Well, a week after I ordered this item, I was told it was "On the fashion" and was given a delivery engagement; when it reached Seattle, they would give me a call to set up a abode delivery appointment. Tracking number was issued, and all seemed fine. Some other calendar week passed, and no emails. A 2d week passed, and nothing. I then got a hold of Pilot Transportation Services and they told me the item was never picked up because it was non ready (although Best Buy website showed it was on the way).
Airplane pilot claimed they were out at Segway three unlike times, and each time it was not ready. Funny affair was, All-time Buy did nothing to tell me there was a delay. When I called client service, they looked at the tracking, and told me there was aught they could do (I think I was calling Republic of india). I stated that I had spoken to Airplane pilot Transport, and mentioned they cannot get the item! I asked All-time Purchase to try to contact Segway and observe out what was going on. Best Buy stated they absolutely COULD Not CONTACT SEGWAY at all and that they need to "expect for a modify in status" before they did a darn thing.
At this point, I was getting furiously frustrated with the Kindergarten-type of nonsense business Best Purchase was trying to pull on me. In essence, they are very quick to take your money whether an item is at that place or not. I called Pilot again and they said I need to contact Best Buy. Now I feel similar I am in this vicious cycle of bad business concern practices where nobody gives a ** about me. At this signal, I had enough and filed a Dispute with Paypal to get my money dorsum. Lo and behold 4 days afterward I filed, Customer Service told me they were refunding my coin because obviously the item was not available, or some other lame alibi.
(I'chiliad glad PayPal put the screws to them and put their foot up Best Buy's business) If this was right, why does Best Purchase allow the customer to club a $5000 item and keep the ordering flowing knowing damn well there is no product to evangelize?? That's a question I retrieve I will take up with the BBB. This feel is on par with the biggest agglomeration of ** I have e'er dealt with. Please stay away from Best Buy and Exercise NOT Purchase High DOLLAR ITEMS FROM All-time BUY. They DO Non REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!! :(

She came back online and said "Definitely yes" Neat, so I ordered them and had a friendship them to Australia for me as a surprise for my Husband. He loved season one, and was excited to see all the others. (He is deaf) Well, they arrived today, and guess what, they practise not take subtitles. Best Buy totally misinformed me $100 + shipping to Australia, what a waste. Non to mention the disappointment. And then, I volition not trust to ask them any specification information, Bestbuy... Ordered two iPhones on the All-time Purchase website. On January 29 2021 I went to the All-time Purchase store to pick upward the phones and have them activated. All-time Buy mobile was but able to activate i of the phones. I cancelled the second IPhone with the store associate. During the by iii weeks All-time Purchase continues to charge my credit card over and over and over over again for the IPhone that I cancelled. I have called client service numerous times and chatted numerous times and keep being told that the society has been cancelled but it never is. When I log onto my Best Buy account the gild however shows being processed. I contacted corporate and they will not help. Ground grunter day over and once more. Maybe someday the order will be cancelled and they will stop charging my credit card.

I bought a coffee pot in December from the Port Richey Fl shop. I have been calling for over 1 month trying to commutation. The pot stopped working after about 10 cups. All-time Buy's automatic operator announces while y'all're on hold to CALL FIRST and ready appt if need be, I accept close to eight hours of unanswered phone calls trying to do this. I got someone online yesterday. They told me Port Richey's telephone doesn't piece of work, all calls routed through them. The lady last nighttime tells me that I should just bring information technology up there, they'll replace it no problem. I tried to tell her this shop is terrible, she said don't worry and told me she notated account.
Today I tried getting replacement by walking in. Everything I tried to AVOID by placing the call happened! LITERALLY everything from a long line and only 1 person tending register and returns to the exchange. First I was rudely told "no wait till I tell you I'thousand fix" when I politely mentioned I was going to set pot down and get replacement to expedite. I went and got pot, upon returning she was still dealing with a client with no receipt! The manager or what appeared to exist a manager was waiting to assist. This should have been smoothen every bit silk but immediately I'thousand interrupted when I try to tell him why I'one thousand there, he'south interrupting to tell me what I just told him, the "phones don't work" so I keep and once again it'due south similar he didn't hear a single give-and-take I said equally he says I was a few weeks by return date forcing me to explain for 3rd time.

When I bought the MacBook Air in March of 2020 I knew it was an entry level laptop and was reduced $200 equally it was being replaced past a newer model (2020?). Never ordering from this visitor once more. They sold me a stackable washer and dryer, shipped it to my firm without whatsoever mounts to stack the units. When the shippers notified me, they chosen All-time Buy to see what the info was on the brackets and the client service amanuensis said I should take known almost them, searched for them on their webpage and purchased them myself. I don't sympathize why they wouldn't have offered me these pieces when I was checking out.. or said, "Hey, proposition; this is what other people bought that y'all might need."
It is Tuesday. They are telling me no one can assist me until Saturday. I now accept a washer and dryer unit of measurement sitting in my kitchen, not hooked up. I accept Airbnb tenants checking in on Friday. Not to mention, the customer service guy got frustrated with the shipping guy and hung upwards on him. Was super unprofessional. I am now looking for a local handyman in my modest town to assistance me install these units- after I drive 150 miles to become pick up the $forty bracket. Makes no sense. I accept forever blacklisted All-time Purchase. I am hopeful they volition go out of business organisation because this level of inefficiency is a matter of the past. Good riddance.

I have many examples of why I chose this company just I will write hither about this laptop. I come across that it was stated "delivery same or next day" that's why I bought information technology, I didn't expect it to be real same-day delivery.

Had the worst feel in the Stroudsburg PA Best Buy store. The get-go employee I asked for help said he is attending someone else and did not recommend some other person to aid. And so finally 20 minutes later I inquire another employee can he help, told him I needed a rack for the TV I pointed at merely non expensive. The Telly was 189. He goes straight to the most expensive rack. Unbelievable. He was clueless.
Now I ask an employee at the laptop section can he help me with a sure laptop. He looked annoyed and so he said they were out and the date he gave me was a little too late. I needed information technology ASAP so I said, "Tin yous assistance me discover something similar?" He looked for a 2nd, pointed at a Chromebook. I was looking at an HP willing to pay a little more and he rudely walked away. Now I'm upset. No help at all. I left without a laptop. Did buy the TV only because my husband carried it himself with no store help at all. This is the worst shop ever. I will never shop in that location again. Our refrigerator stopped working tardily afternoon Jan 28, 2021. We went to Best Purchase in Germantown, MD early that evening to purchase a new fridge and a pocket-sized freezer, which we did. We were told that if I applied for a credit card, we would become 10% back on our purchase. Nosotros asked several times how we would become the 10% return, and were told that as soon equally we paid off the purchase price on the bill of fare, we would receive a CHECK for the 10% payback. Since we intended to pay the balance equally presently as receiving the carte, we decided that 10% return on our $2600 purchase was considerable and we opted for the credit card. I received the menu in the postal service on Feb 3, 2021. The buy price was paid in full on Feb 4,2021. There is no longer a balance on this Best Buy Visa card.
On Fri. Feb 5, 2021 I received, past email, $245 worth of Shop COUPONS...not a check as promised. This was not an error on my role. I have a credit carte which would have given me 2% Cash dorsum, however, later being assured...more than than in one case...that I would receive a check back if I opened a credit carte account, I made the conclusion to get the bill of fare.
I understand that stores push button their employees to get credit cards from their customers. Information technology is their business. Yet, outright lying to customers should not exist on the table. Where is the morality in that? This was an splendid scam from Best Purchase. This deceit cost me the $52 greenbacks dorsum I would have received from my current credit menu as well every bit useless activity on my credit score. I have no need for $245 worth of All-time Buy coupons and would never accept accepted those terms. AND, oh, yes…the COUPONS are only proficient for 2 months!! The WORST ownership feel I have ever had. Bought a TV durning the pandemic & wasnt able to find someone to hang it for about 60 days. When they came out and unpackaged the TV nosotros discovered it was damaged inside the Television set. Plastic yet on information technology and everything. I contacted Best Buy and they said since it was outside the 45 days I needed to contact Samsung and they would cover it as information technology was within a yr. That took a while. Months later I FINALLY got Samsung out to our dwelling house to inspect the TV & they said information technology's Best Buy delivery issue. Chosen Best Purchase back; spoke to Regina Westward in their Midwest call middle and she said my October telephone call was not logged & if I called from another number the BEST BUY rep would accept needed to exercise their job & log it and they did not and there was zilch she would or could do since I didn't accept a status with THEIR company/ had not bought enough to matter.

I purchased a $1300 Dell reckoner. I received a $5 key board that is lacking. Type one A and it pushes 7 of them - erase in one case and it takes out the entire row. "IF" you tin become someone to answer a phone - adept luck! I was told NOTHING they could do - call Dell; nonetheless, Dell, per their contract, cannot help me for the first 30 days. I chosen back - on hold for 123 minutes! Once again, told to contact Dell - zilch they could do. OMG!
I called a unlike shop - same worthlessness! He suggests that I bring back the entire organisation? I have paid my tech to input all my data and set - so that is Non an choice. Telephone call Dell! BUT DELL, PER YOUR CONTRACT, CANNOT Assist ME FOR xxx DAYS - SO!? This is the 2d time in a year that Best Buy has NOT provided customer service. I purchased a new Sony Television. I paid for hook up and sit-in - extra cords. When the person arrived - no cords - no pedagogy. No more All-time Buy for me! I went to Staples and purchased a new key board - and then much more than friendly and noesis! Staples has been excellent this year!!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with whatsoever company in my entire life. If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would requite it -1.09677E stars or -one,096,770,000 stars. Bestbuy stole my money for an e gift card and so proceeded to transfer me 27 times earlier getting me to the WORST client service rep e'er. No ane knew anything about anything.
Every unmarried person said I would exist transferred to the right department and guess what... NONE of them could actually do annihilation more than the terminal 1, which was transfer me again. I would say I'm surprised but judging by the other reviews I've seen this is par for the course. I was stolen from, lied to, harassed, insulted, and ultimately hung upwards on. Bestbuy shouldn't even be in business organization. With the way things are going for them, I wouldn't doubt if they were out of business inside the next iii months. Thanks for completely wasting my time and money Bestbuy. Winner of the Worst Customer Service of The Year honour.

I would like to share my ongoing nightmare with Best Buy! I ordered a washer and dryer set up back in Nov. And said I wanted it delivered Dec 22. Enough of time, I thought! I got numerous text messages maxim information technology was going to exist delivered on Dec 22. I even got a text the twenty-four hours of delivery saying they were on their manner. I sat all twenty-four hour period waiting and information technology never came. So I rescheduled for the adjacent day. It never came. I was getting such a run around from Best Buy, the dark of the 23rd I decided to cancel the guild.
I was partially refunded for the order, but they said they couldn't abolish the washer because it was in transit. Await 24 to 48 hours they said. And so the next call was Dec 28, same response, Jan 7, aforementioned response, January ten, same response, Jan 14, aforementioned response, Jan xix, aforementioned response. So, here I am, still waiting for my refund, contemplating if I should get a lawyer and sue them. I'll never buy some other product from All-time Buy!! And btw, I'll bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's and had it in 2 days.

Canceling online orders is but a horrible experience, due to their policies and organization with couriers. They could easily allow their agents to call the courier and abolish the order, ask the courier to return it, before delivery, even after information technology has started, simply BestBuy doesn't allow this. I would requite a 1 star since I really hated online ordering with BestBuy, but the 3rd amanuensis finally did take intendance of this, then I'yard giving a 2 star.
I ordered a light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation printer online through bestbuy.com. Within a couple hours of ordering, nosotros found out laser printer toners have carcinogenic effects, then decided to order an inkjet printer instead. Tried canceling order, but BestBuy has a system and policy where yous cannot cancel afterwards 30 minutes of placing order. The site said I could turn down delivery by placing a note for the courier on my door. BestBuy agent said I can receive it and so call them for someone to pick information technology upwardly, but information technology could be a twenty-four hour period or two after I receive information technology. Due to Covid-19 being actually bad now, I didn't desire to fifty-fifty touch the packet and put it inside our house while waiting for the person to pick it upward.
So I refused delivery and FedEx driver took information technology back and entered that it was refused and order was canceled. But the next mean solar day FedEx delivered it again! So I chased after the FedEx truck and asked them to take information technology back, which they did. Now BestBuy shows the particular every bit delivered! I talked to 3 agents, 1st agent was squeamish just didn't seem to know what she was doing and she seemed to have accidentally hung up on me. second agent didn't say anything and kept repose while and after I was venting, other than saying she would give a refund without solving anything (didn't want the parcel redelivered once more!), and then literally but went tranquillity for minutes. 3rd amanuensis finally talked to FedEx and got it sorted, where FedEx said they would update the status and make sure information technology would be returned. Hopefully everything will piece of work out now, but it has been a nightmare...

Purchasing a fridge from All-time Buy was a complete and utter joke that I don't even know where to begin. Our initial delivery never came. Nosotros had our food out and waiting for vi hours, and no one ever showed upwards. I fabricated several phone calls to different reps to reschedule. After several inconvenient telephone calls, I finally gave upwards and went with whatever schedule they have bachelor.
The twenty-four hour period finally came for our 2nd commitment. The delivery guy informed the states that the fridge is damaged; therefore, they would take to reschedule (for a THIRD delivery). This whole ordeal has been the well-nigh horrific buying experience in my life e'er. I would go into detail to show how elementary Best Purchase has its scheduling system and interoffice communication, but I want customers to read my review and empathise what is ahead of them when purchasing dwelling house appliances with Best Buy.

Bought more than 1 laptop from Best Buy during pandemic having to return each one. Each one touchpad freezes upward, and severe screen problems including orange blobs across screen/pixelating. Each laptop over 1k in price. Each one defective right out of the box. Called Best Buy Geek Team. On hold 2 hours, for the protection plan, I paid for. No reply.
Went online. Was told it was my fault by the amanuensis, and I should more than carefully audit the computers before buying, including starting them up and making sure they work right. Making certain a 1400$ computer works right? I took screenshots of the agent on Best Purchase telling me it was my mistake I purchased defective computers. Called master store number on the phone. Prepare telephone off to the side on hold. Over Iv hours to go a human at the physical store to pick up. Was calm and not antagonistic.
I trust zip fabricated during the pandemic. As someone who has worked with the FDA and on NDAs, I can tell y'all FDA has more drug and nutrient recalls than e'er seen before. Dentists are being sent caseloads, CASELOADS of defective burrs. Do not get me started on surgical centers. I am typing on a desktop correct now, but Accept to have a laptop in two weeks no affair what. Plain, I will merely take my telephone, as at that place are no working computers correct now in the United states of america? How many more am I going to purchase and return? This is ridiculous!

I purchased a dryer + delivery and installation services from All-time Buy online. From the moment that commitment/installation techs arrived at my door, they were belligerent. They were using a very ambitious and loud tone with me well-nigh having to acquit the dryer downstairs and about being asked to wipe their boots on the mat before they walked through the firm. One of the gentleman was not wearing a mask and when he did, it didn't comprehend his nose and only partially covered his mouth. I did not annotate on this. I showed him the closet in the basement where the dryer was to exist installed, his immediate response was that the duct wasn't installed properly and he needed to break downwards the wall to install it. He was adamant that he could not install the dryer.
When I tried to empathise this better and asked some questions - I even requested he merely drib it off and I would take intendance of the installation - he started yelling at me very very loudly to the point I got scared and I ran upwards from my basement to get my phone. He stomped out of my identify and instructed his co-commuter to put the dryer back in the truck.
I ending up calling Best Buy and asked them to cancel my purchase and refund my money. Though BBY Client Service offered to accept the dryer delivered to my basement and indicated they would refund the installation charges, by this point I was quite disappointed with the harrowing experience information technology had been thus far, and was worried that these delivery/installation folks would impairment my walls or stairs when carrying it downward. What I idea would exist a simple and straightforward delivery and installation, turned into such a time consuming and difficult feel with unwarranted rudeness - all because I did not want him breaking down my closet wall. I would strongly recommend confronting purchasing installation services from Best Buy.

This review is for Best Buy and it's client service. I am very disappointed. I submitted my order #** back on 12/17/20 to purchase an Arlo doorbell camera for $99.00, the deal included a smart clock. After a few days, I was told my order would be delayed which I am ok with and was willing to wait. However, what I am not ok with is after the new year I was notified by All-time Buy that my club was automatically canceled. Later checking the website and finding that the Arlo doorbell I was seeking was in stock only at a higher price, I decided to telephone call Best Buy Customer service for an caption. The amanuensis had no legitimate caption and offered no solution to my problem merely to say that both he and his supervisor could non reinstate the order.
In the past, I have never had a bad feel with Best Buy. I always received what I ordered and this was what I was seeking when I made the call. In my opinion, this is bait and switch at its best. It's very unfortunate considering as a client trying to buy from local businesses, I am being snubbed from a legitimate buy at the expense of a visitor seeking to beef up information technology'due south lesser line vs. customer satisfaction. Well, this dissatisfied customer will not exist making purchases from Best Buy someday presently.
